Lemon tree



I'm sitting here in the boring room
It's just another rainy Sunday afternoon
I'm wasting my time
I got nothing to do
I'm hanging around

I miss the power

But there's a heavy cloud inside my head

Isolation is not good for me

Fools Garden  



INGREDIENTI:
  • 1 tazza e mezzo di farina
  • 1/2 tazza di zucchero
  • 1/4 tazza di latte
  • 2 uova
  • un pizzico di sale
  • 100 gr di burro
  • 1 bustina di lievito
  • succo di mezzo limone
  • Per il crumble:
  • 100 gr di burro
  • 100 gr di zucchero di canna
  • scorza grattugiata di un limone
  • 2 cucchiai di farina
Lavorate il burro fino a renderlo crema poi aggiungete le uova e mescolate, unite lo zucchero e dopo la farina, il sale, il lievito e infine il latte per distendere l'impasto. Imburrate  e infarinate uno stampo e versate l'impasto liquido. A parte preparate il crumble mescolando la scorza con lo zucchero e la farina, poi aggiungete il burro freddo a pezzetti e iniziate a sbriciolare con le dita fino ad ottenere una grana grossa, disponete sopra il dolce e poi infornate a 180° per circa 30 minuti.
